06 30 10 12 88Our gîte is ideal for a stopover on a holiday journey or to rest for a few days in a calm and green countryside setting in a beautiful region. It is 2.5km from EPERNON station (train line to Versailles and Paris Montparnasse or Chartres). A room allows you to shelter the bikes overnight and you can easily recharge the battery of your VAE bike.
The 65 m² (detached) gîte is located in a property secured by an electric gate.
The accommodation has a capacity of 4 people with:
• on the ground floor: entrance, kitchen, living room (TV with Netflix), bathroom with 140x80 shower, toilet
• upstairs: 1 bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a bedroom with two 90 cm beds
• enclosed garden of 300 m² with small pond
Parking is inside the property for 2 vehicles or motorcycles in reserved parking spaces or in a bicycle shed.
The house is on the Véloscénie road and very close to the GR 655. Its environment is calm. The village is on the edge of the Rambouillet forest, a superb place for walks.
In a fairly close radius, you can discover Rambouillet with the castle, the park, the Bergerie Nationale; the Château de Breteuil and the Château de Maintenon; the royal chapel of Dreux; Chartres and its cathedral… The gîte is surrounded by numerous reception rooms (weddings, etc.).
